This past year, 2021, was a transformation year for SC Codeworks. After over 25 years in business, we successfully transitioned ownership for the first time in our history. With that came extensive rebranding and re-structuring work throughout. Part of that included the process of creating a Sales and Marketing team to take what we feel is the best-kept secret in logistics and expand the SC Codeworks portfolio.
So far in 2022, we have a renewed focus on formally establishing SC Codeworks' Core Values. It was important to take the already existing foundation of our business and put it into words. Our team came together and unanimously decided on what values set the bar for our organization. The five core values represent the quality of our products and services, the type of team member and clients we attract, what we do and why: these are the everyday aspects of our company culture so it was easy to agree upon. It is important for us to share our core values to remind our current customers and make potential clients know that our business is more than just a business to us. We are about working as a team to make a difference and have a positive impact on those we are involved with. Our President and CEO, Suresh Chappidi, looks to the future noting that “We are committed to developing innovative products that will help our customers grow their businesses and improve efficiencies and effectiveness in their operations.”
Additionally in our transformation period, we have invested in our solutions and offer a cloud-hosted model to all new and existing customers. This flexibility and increased security will assist our customers in realizing near real time replication and minimal downtime. Our cloud solution provides leverage to our customers with a reduction in costs while also providing more mobility and streamlined functionality. With our hosted solution, customers can avoid expensive infrastructure investments. Moving into the cloud services model, we can provide to operations both small and large and those with multiple facilities simultaneously.
